Terms of Service

Last updated 3 November 2026

These terms apply to Day It Came True (the "Service"), at dayitcametrue.com. The Service is operated by Li Shan, an individual based in China ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

You type a personal goal and a few details. We generate a short, first-person creative visualization story, which you can read and listen to online for free in your browser. For a one-time payment of US$1.99 you can unlock the paid extras for that story: an MP3 audio file to download, 3 short daily affirmations, and an ad-free story page. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

2. Entertainment and inspiration only

Stories are AI-assisted creative writing for reflection, entertainment and inspiration. They are not predictions, and they do not promise or guarantee any result. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice. Do not rely on them in making decisions about your health, money or safety.

3. AI-generated content

Stories are produced with an AI language model, based on what you type. They can contain mistakes or unexpected wording. You are responsible for what you submit. Do not enter content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, or about harming anyone. We may refuse or rewrite requests involving medical outcomes, gambling, or controlling other people.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record and handles the payment, invoices and sales tax. The price is shown before you pay. After payment the extras are delivered instantly on your story page.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to what you type. You may use your generated story for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can delete your story at any time; see the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. That includes trying to break it or overload it, scraping it, or using it to make content that is illegal or harmful. We may block abusive use.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is", and we don't promise it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
